WHAT IS INOTRA’S EXCHANGE POLICY?
In case of an exchange, items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Items should be sent back to the return address on the package. Please contact [email protected] prior to returning the package to confirm the desired item is still available. If you encounter misprinted/damaged/defective items, you must submit any claims within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For lost packages, all claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. For claims deemed our fault, we are responsible for resolving the problem at no cost to you. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND UNWORN. THEY CAN’T BE WASHED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours via USPS Ground, UPS Ground, FEDEX, and DHL. If your order is bulk or requires extra verification, it may take a little longer to process.
DOES INOTRA SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
In most cases for selected products, only the US Postal Service or Canada Post are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. We recommend choosing a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure a smooth delivery process
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
INOTRA ships worldwide for selected products, but there are some countries we can’t ship to due to legal or shipping restrictions. The list of restricted countries is subject to change depending on world events, but currently, we do not ship to the following countries:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea

To stay informed about shipment progress, our customers must add their email to the tracking page in order to receive tracking notifications.
